We do not publicly display CTR estimates since the results can be very different for each ad, depending on several factors outside of a Publisher's control. An ad's CTR is greatly influenced by the creative of the ad, what the ad is selling or offering, if the audience of each website is interested in that ad, etc.
One ad on a website may have a great CTR if their creative is good and if the visitors are interested in what it is advertising. Another ad may have a very low performance if the creative is poor and if the visitors are not interested. For this reason, we do not provide CTR estimates. If you happened to have a few ads on your site that were either low-quality creative or not the right audience for the ad, then a low CTR average may discourage someone from purchasing on your site. The same results may not apply for potential advertisers that fit your audience better or that have higher quality creative.
Although you are welcome to relay information about your site's average CTR to an advertiser that personally contacts you about this. You may also want to sign up for our newsletter (located on our home page) so that if this ever changes, you will be notified. We are always listening to the requests of our users, and changes are always being made to improve the system for you.
We tend to answer most support tickets during normal business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (EST). However, we're constantly monitoring tickets, and we'll address urgent issues on nights and weekends, too.
