Why does your ad code checker say that I have my code installed incorrectly?

Sometimes our code checker can be more sensitive to some sites than others when checking to see if your code is installed correctly. If you use something that condenses your code before it is published, our system may not be able to check correctly.

The best way to determine if your code is installed correctly is to make sure that your STEP 1 code appears just below your opening tag with nothing else in between.

Then your STEP 2 zone code should be placed in your site where you want that zone to appear.

If you have done these things and your code is on your live site, then it means it is installed correctly. If you are still in doubt, just open a Support Ticket and we will check this for you to be sure. :)
