Why am I getting a 'Value Invalid' error when I try to pay with my credit card?
This error - "The value '' is invalid" - usually occurs when there is an extra space where there shouldn't be.
Please make sure there are no spaces or foreign characters in your card number field - or before or after the number. For example, sometimes when you copy and then paste a line of text or numbers, you can accidentally pick up an empty space before or after what you are copying. If this space is entered into a field, it may cause an error because the system does not recognize the empty space as a valid character or integer.
