To change your credit card information, just login to your account and go to My Account > Billing & Deposit. To edit your card's information, just click on Edit next to the card you want to modify.
To add a new credit card, you will click on the Add Credit Card button at the top of that page.
Please keep in mind that if you are adding a new card to replace an old one, you will also want to make sure that you go to Advertisers > Subscriptions to change the payment method to the new card for active subscriptions. If you do not change each subscription, those subscriptions will still try to bill the old card. After you have done this for each subscription, the system will allow you to delete your old credit card.
We tend to answer most support tickets during normal business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (EST). However, we're constantly monitoring tickets, and we'll address urgent issues on nights and weekends, too.
