Why is my ad renewal and payment date a few days before the 30 day ad cycle is complete?

We start the renewal payment process a few days before so that there is time for the payment to clear. (It takes about 3 days for payments to come out of pending.) You will always get your 30 days that you pay for, but the billing dates are not on the same days as the actual start and end dates of your ads.
