When you purchase an ad, the ad is served only for that specific 30-day period and cannot be paused.
If there is a reason why you need to stop a specific ad from running for a week or so, you can upload an alternate ad with a different destination link in its place. After you have uploaded the temporary alternate ad, you can then pause your original ad. When you are ready for the original ad to run again, you will just pause the temporary ad and unpause the original ad in your account so it will run for the remainder of the 30-day cycle.
We tend to answer most support tickets during normal business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (EST). However, we're constantly monitoring tickets, and we'll address urgent issues on nights and weekends, too.
