The publisher has 24 hours to accept or deny your ad, and as soon as he/she approves it, your ad will go live. Sometimes this wait-time takes a little longer than others. It depends on how quickly the publisher approves it. If no action is taken by the publisher within 24 hours, we will approve the ad for the publisher.
We tend to answer most support tickets during normal business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (EST). However, we're constantly monitoring tickets, and we'll address urgent issues on nights and weekends, too.
